Scott F. Prince
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Scott Prince had led the transformation of Newview into the leading source of multi-enterprise solutions for controlling supply in distributed manufacturing environments. Mr. Prince brings more than fifteen years of senior management experience and a deep understanding of complex business services to Newview Technologies. Mr. Prince has been at the forefront of creating innovative organizations that deliver value by solving complex business issues. He has developed and managed technology and service businesses for e-commerce, procurement, ERP and supply chain software solutions.

Prior to joining Newview Technologies, Mr. Prince developed and managed a diverse group of businesses serving the industrial, technology, consumer goods, financial services and life sciences markets. Mr. Prince served as President of Alchematrix, and provided general corporate development and management for Fisher Scientific International, the world’s leader in serving science. Previously, Mr. Prince served as President and COO of Bank Direct, a financial services innovator, where he built the second largest Internet-only banking platform in the marketplace. As Corporate Vice President of Siemens AG, Mr. Prince created and executed the business strategy for the systems integration, information technology, and telecommunications technology businesses. This global company developed and delivered technology, software, systems integration, e-commerce strategies and managed services to customers in North and South America.

Mr. Prince serves on the Boards of Directors for several technology and services organizations and is an active advisor to emerging companies. He holds a BA and MBA from Vanderbilt University.


Greg Gilbert
President

Greg Gilbert brings more than twenty years of experience in leadership of technology and services firms to Newview, with a focus on delivering value through better management and coordination of the extended supply chain. As President, Mr. Gilbert is responsible for Sales, Client Delivery, and Product Management functions within Newview.

Throughout his extensive career, Mr. Gilbert has been dedicated to bringing value to companies through technology and service offerings, often in startup environments. He has previously held leadership positions at Extricity, a startup business to business integration company, at CSC, where he led the development of business process outsourcing offerings in procurement, at CSC|Index, where he helped to develop the Operations Management practice, and at Accenture, where Greg helped to build the Systems Integration practice in Consumer Products.

Greg is a frequent contributor to thought leadership in the area of industry-specific reaction to change and the impact on the value chain. He has also been active in advising materials companies through their startup phases.

Mr. Gilbert earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering at Cornell University.


John A. Baron
Vice President, Business Development

John Baron brings over twenty years of global business experience as a senior executive and entrepreneur to Newview. He is a founding member of the company and is responsible for driving business/market development activity. With an extensive background in global commodities trade, industrial marketing and supply chain management, Mr. Baron provides both general business and industry specific expertise on the Newview management team and continues to play and integral role in helping shape the company’s strategic direction and solutions. He has been instrumental in the development and acquisition of marquee fortune 500 clients and new markets.

Prior to Newview, Mr. Baron served as Executive Vice President of the Titan Industrial Corporation, a privately held global industrial marketing & trading company that supplied commodities, raw materials, capital goods, and financial risk management services to the manufacturing sector including Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Industrial Manufacturing, and Metals & Mining industries. While at Titan, Mr. Baron led a number of group businesses, including Global Commodity Trading and N. American Distribution. His experience includes hands-on operational responsibilities and expertise in the areas of international trade, physical and financial commodity markets, industrial marketing, global trade finance, strategic sourcing, and supply chain and logistics.

Throughout his career, Mr. Baron has traveled extensively working with clients in N. America, South & Central America, W. Europe, Eastern Europe & the former Soviet Republics, Asia, Australia & New Zealand.

Mr. Baron earned his undergraduate degree at Ohio Wesleyan University and completed the Advanced Management Program at The Harvard Business School.


Craig Minyard
Vice President, Finance

Craig Minyard brings an extensive financial management background to Newview with more than 15 years experience across a wide spectrum of privately and publicly held corporations.

Most recently, Mr. Minyard was CFO at S2 Systems Inc., a global provider of transaction processing, authorization and integrated solutions for the banking, financial, retail and travel sectors. At S2 Systems Minyard was responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial operations.

Previously Minyard was CFO at Springbow Solutions, a leading provider of business-to-employee (B2E) solutions built on Portal, Integration, and Web Services technology. Minyard was responsible for all financial functions and involved in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, business development activities, internal IT and human resources; he also served on the board of directors. Prior to Springbow, Minyard was vice president of finance and administration/CFO for OpenConnect Systems, a leading developer of enterprise-to-web business solutions. His areas of responsibility included strategic planning, accounting, financial reporting, inventory management, budgeting, management information systems, human resources and treasury functions.

Minyard also served as the executive vice president and CFO for Premier BioResources, a bio-medical company initially funded by the Rainwater Investment Group of Fort Worth. Minyard began his career with Ernst and Young in Dallas. He has a Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from the University of North Texas and is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas.
